Refund and Returns Policy

Exchange Policy

  • No exchanges supported. Customers are responsible for confirming all order details (size, design, quantity, address, etc.) before purchase. We do not accept exchanges due to incorrect selections.

Order Cancellation

  • Time Frame: Cancellations are allowed within 6 hours of placing an order. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
  • Cancellation Fee: A 10% fee of the total order value applies.
  • How to Cancel: Email support@pravyda.com with your request.

Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, orders are considered accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Eligible Conditions: Refunds are offered for:
    • Damaged or shattered products.
    • Incorrect design, size, material, or product received.
    • Items differing from their original description.
  • Ineligible Conditions: Returns are not accepted if:
    • Items are worn, washed, or modified.
    • Original tags are removed.
    • Defects are minor (e.g., loose threads that can be easily fixed).
    • Items are not in original packaging.

Proof Required for Refund

  • Shipping label/receipt.
  • Proof of purchase.
  • Evidence of defects (e.g., photos).
  • Email correspondence with Pravyda.

Return Process

  1. Email support@pravyda.com with your refund request and required documentation.
  2. Wait for a response (2–3 business days) with return instructions and address. Pack items securely and ship via a traceable carrier.
  3. Send the tracking number or receipt photo to support@pravyda.com.
  • Note: Do not return items without email confirmation. We are not liable for lost returns without prior approval.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (not refunded).

Refund Processing

  • Time Frame: Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the return. An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt.
  • Payment Timeline: Refunds, including original shipping fees, may take 10–15 days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Still No Refund? Check your account, then contact your bank. If unresolved, email support@pravyda.com.

Important Notes

  1. The 30-day policy begins upon delivery completion. No refunds are issued after this period.
  2. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility; no additional fees apply otherwise.
  3. We are not liable for lost or damaged returns during shipping.
  4. Contact support@pravyda.com before returning items to ensure eligibility. Unapproved returns will not be refunded.
