This means each item is crafted specifically for you, ensuring the highest quality. While this process allows us to offer competitive pricing, it may result in varying delivery times. Processing & Shipping Times
Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1–3 business days of placement.
Shipping: Your order will ship the business day following processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Accurate Delivery Information
Please provide complete and accurate shipping details during checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay your order or result in it being returned to us. In such cases, we may choose not to reship to save time and effort for all parties. Delays may also occur due to customs processes, which are beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. It may take 1–3 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information isn’t available immediately, it means your package is still being processed. Updates will appear once scanned.

Incorrect Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses. If you request a carrier to redirect your package after it leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held liable for loss, theft, or damage during transit.
